Stories evoke emotion. Our brains act like stories are real, and have real physiological reaction to stories. And that makes remembering the info heard in them up to 22x more memorable.

Metaphoric examples are really powerful tools to make complicated concepts more understandable. Our fairytale-training is one big metaphoric example of the whole Agile mindset.

Archetypes used in the fantasy have characteristics so inherent, that they don’t have to be explained. Because of that, archetypes make it so much more powerful to explain how different roles relate to the value creation process.

Lectures are boring, but hearing stories is fun and engaging. Stories are the ultimate attention tool because they constantly create and release tension. And the more we pay attention, the more we can absorb from the training.
